At this point in time we have the greatest opportunity to totally embody the spirit or soul into the physical form. With tender loving care we can build a temple within of such great beauty and loving vibrations, that the soul will happily reside and fully express it's true nature.

For the spirit to agree to live in all it's splendour within this earthly foundation, we must learn to love ourselves as no other, to honour and respect our physical form no matter how it appears. We must create a loving environment in which the soul can live in real affinity and peace with the mind and physical body. By allowing this shift to happen we can create the heavenly presence here on this precious planet earth.

Imagine yourself standing within a globe of swirling light energy. A cord of golden light entering from above your head, travelling through the centre of your body and exiting into the ground below your feet. For a few seconds experience this energy and visualise yourself creating an area of pure shining loving energy within and around your body

Standing before your mirror, see your face reflected and look into your own eyes without judgment.

Start your daily facial routine

Use both hands ...starting at the centre of the forehead and slowly moving down the face. Imagine that you are clearing away all negativity with your hands and replacing it with a loving energy. As you are doing this recognize that this face - is the vehicle for the soul to express itself on earth. It is the vehicle chosen before birth...for a purpose. Ask that you may allow the soul energy to shine forth

Now move to the hands. As you are applying moisturiser to them, feel gratitude and respect and ask that your hands may be the messenger of your soul.

Move to the feet. Moisturise and honour them asking that the light may shine on your path ahead and that the ground beneath your feet may be blessed.
