All over this planet earth there are those who are linked to you by an invisible cord of energy. These individuals are part of your particular and individual Soul Group. Each Soul Group vibrates to a certain note and character and each individual within this group has similar aims in life to your own. The time has now come to consciously send forth from deep within yourself the call to your soul brothers and sisters. By linking on the subjective levels with your group, and by allowing your own particular energy to flow forth, you can make contact and start to work with those of like mind and energy. Just like the mechanism within a clock, when working in harmony with your own soul group, you will start to achieve that which you have come to Earth to complete.

INDICATIONS: You have reached that point within yourself when you have become free of the glamour of individuality. You see before you a plan, and are prepared to work in harmony with those who are of like mind. You may have a particular project that you would like to give to the world. Now is the time to make contact your own soul group .

SUGGESTIONS: Sit quietly, imagining yourself sitting on a mountain top. Concentrate your mind slightly above the heart centre. Keeping the mouth closed, softly hum a sustained note. Do not strain, just allow the sound to flow freely. As you are making this sound , imagine yourself linking, and receiving the energy of the "Old One" of your particular soul group.  Feel this energy flowing to you via a golden thread. Now from the centre of your own heart imagine this energy flowing out to those in your soul group. Do not think of anyone in particular, just allow it to flow out knowing that it will reach those of like vibration. Continue until you feel it is time to stop, then centre your consciousness within your own body , feel the note you have sent out returning to you and carry that love and joy with you for the rest of the day.
