Throughout time, the technique of visualisation has been used to bring about heightened awareness.   The ability to accurately form detailed images in the mind is of great importance for the evolution of humanity.   All things in physical manifestation were first created in the mind.  It is important, however that the intention behind the creation, is of the highest principle.  The Lords of Karma have deemed it necessary, that humanity first discover the true meaning of life.  To experience pain, suffering, love, hate, joy and sadness, until eventually they come to a point when they are driven by an inner dissatisfaction which forces them to try to understand just what it is all about.  When a human has reached this point in his or her evolution then the next step can be taken. 

It is important to note that thoughts have a life of their own.  In every day life they are created under the impulse of some emotion or desire.  On the higher levels of awareness they car be created by the light, or the energy of illumination, transmitted by ones higher self or soul.  It should also be remembered that every thought-form constructed, remains the responsibility of the creator.  All Karma is therefore the direct result of thought-forms.  Every second of the day we are creating some kind of thought which we clothe in a matter which has a vibratory pattern of its own.  By these constant wanderings of the mind, mankind has created an immense density surrounding the planet.  This same denseness of matter is also apparent around individual human beings, and often finds its release through physical disease.  Humanity as a whole has created layers of though-forms around their physical bodies as well as this planet earth.  

These meditation cards can be used by individuals as well as groups.  Each card resonates with its own individual vibration, which in turn touches a cord of recognition deep within each person.  Many of the cards in the pack have as their theme, world harmony and the use of the healing powers within each one of us.  

Choose a card at Random - Like all oracle cards you can choose to work with these completely by the Law of Synchronicity.  Often, in our life we reach a point where we do not know which way to go.  By following this type of synchronised choosing of the cards we allow our inner self to show us the way. 

Group work  The cards lend themselves to group work.  An individual card can be chosen by the group for daily, weekly, or monthly  meditation.  At the end of the allotted time the group can discuss the outcome, taking note of similarities and central themes received intuitively by each person of the group.
