The red creative point of healing located in the centre of the hands when activated can produce miraculous healings. This sacrificial healing energy can be used not only for physical healing, but can also be channelled through creative works such as art, music, and writing. The ball of energy generated between the hands,  can be likened to a glowing crystal ball.  By clearly constructing in the mind and heart an image of that which is desired, and surrounding it in the energy of pure unconditional love, the healing can flow forth from the hands.

SUGGESTIONS: Sit quietly and allow yourself to be surrounded in white light.   Be aware of the energies flowing through you. Place the palms opposite each other a comfortable distance apart and visualise ray's of golden energy surrounding your hands creating a triangle.   (At this point you may feel some heat generating from the fingers) Concentrate on the point in the centre of each hand and feel or sense a rotating circle of red energy.  Allow the energy in your hands to form a ball of light in the central space between the hands to be used for your healing or creative work.  Complete the process by dedicating your SELF to the healing energy of creativity.  Use this method before starting any creative or healing work.

HEALING THE PLANET:   Imagine the ball of healing energy flowing from your hands out into the areas around the Planet where there is unrest,  war or famine.  Send this energy out without conditions, expecting that it will carry your  prayers for the highest good of all.
