By consciously tuning in with your feelings, and using the mind to evaluate your path ahead, you will find the road much easier. Become aware of the response of your body when you think of your path ahead.  If the feeling body affirms with the mind, then the path ahead will be smoother.  The feeling body, joined with conscious mind, is the linking vehicle between the higher mind and the subconscious mind. Often there is an imbalance between the two and this card shows that it is time to stop, and clearly look at your life, both physically and spiritually, before you make the next move ahead.  The vibration that is being sent out is not harmonious, and needs to be looked at clearly.

INDICATIONS: The mind is overstimulated and cannot absorb all the information it is receiving. Take time to look at what is happening in your life. Be aware that by taking time to clearly evaluate all that is happening, you will actually move faster. Warning is given that you need to rest, and take care of your mental and physical self.

SUGGESTIONS: Take time out to relax the mind. Visualise yourself surrounded by the colour green. Let the colour balance and heal you. Do not worry that you will fall behind, everything moves in it's own cycles, and rest is also one of those cycles.  Take a holiday, or just pamper yourself for a while until you feel less stressed.
