By dreaming, the Ancient Ones created the land, the sea, the plants and the animals in perfect harmony. Early man had reverence for the Great Dreamers, and gave their love and devotion unreservedly to their beautiful creation, Mother Earth . They felt no separation between themselves and the water, the air, the trees and the animals, recognising that all were created as part of the fabric that held the whole together.

INDICATION: It is time to consciously become one again with our Mother, the Earth.  Humanity can no longer separate itself from the plants, the water, the air, the earth and the animals. We are all interconnected, created of the same material, and part of the one dream.

SUGGESTIONS: Still the mind and body and become the dreamer. See in your mind this planet earth, a place where all forms of life live in harmony. See the planet filled with lush vegetation, clean air, crystal clear waters, the animal kingdom healthy and free, the human kingdom recognizing their oneness with all life, living in harmony with their environment. Place yourself within the dream and feel your oneness with all that you have created, allow the blessing of the Mother Earth envelop you.

HEALING THE PLANET:  Throughout time, the technique of visualisation has been used to bring about heightened awareness.  The ability to accurately form, detailed images in the mind is of great importance in the evolution of humanity, however it is important that the intention behind the creation is of the highest principle. Visualise clearly in your mind a beautiful earth, filled with harmony,  and balance.
